Our Infrastructure

We have developed a capacious state-of-the-art infrastructure, which sprawled across an area of 10,000 sq. ft. Further, this infrastructure is segregated in various units. Some of the units include designing with CAD/CAM facility, manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, R&D and quality testing laboratory. Our entire production unit well equipped with advanced machinery and technology, which allows us to meet the deadline and also the requirement of our clients.

We ensure to keep our machinery and equipment in good working condition in order to avoid any kind of hassle during the production process. Some of the machines installed in our manufacturing unit are:

Warehousing and Packaging

Our organization has built a capacious warehouse section, which is segregated in various storage divisions. These divisions allow us to store our procured raw materials and finished products in an organized manner, which is supervised by a team of store keepers. Further, a systematic storage facility enables us to identify and retrieve our orders easily during the final dispatch.

Along with our warehouse unit, we have developed a well equipped packaging section. This section helps us to pack all our products and label them appropriately. We are backed by a huge distribution network, which allows us to deliver our consignments to our clients’ specified destination within a stipulated time frame.

Research and Development

We are backed by a hugely competent research and development department, which enables us to enhance the current technology of our industry and map it to the latest one. Our organization has employed a team of R&D professionals, who hold expertise in this process and have vast industrial experience in the same domain.
